Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our support team.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.


Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Certain countries may be excluded from international delivery due to shipping regulations.
